End User License Agreement

1 The Service

Veloxguest Limited ("Veloxguest") provides a communication gateway enabling guests to interact with hotel staff and request services. Veloxguest acts solely as a technology facilitator and does not provide hotel, hospitality, or transport services directly.

2 Fulfillment of Requests

All service requests (including but not limited to room service, housekeeping, maintenance, and third-party bookings like taxis) are the sole responsibility of the Hotel Property or the relevant third-party provider. Veloxguest is not liable for:

• Non-fulfillment or delays in service delivery.
• The quality or safety of items or services provided by the hotel.
• Inaccurate information provided by hotel staff through the chat interface.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the live chat and request features in a respectful manner. You shall not:

• Transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, harassing, or illegal.
• Attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the platform.
• Submit fraudulent requests for services.

5 Privacy & Data Deletion

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Consistent with our "Privacy-First" model, your session and all associated data will be automatically and permanently deleted upon the expiration of your stay or the resetting of the QR code.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Veloxguest Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
