Veloxguest Limited | Trust & Safety
Security Commitment: At Veloxguest Limited, we implement clean, enterprise-grade cloud security protections to safeguard system communications.
All of Veloxguest's server environments, communication frameworks, and application layers are deployed and managed natively within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure located entirely inside the European Economic Area (EEA). All core components that process backend transaction data operate within isolated, private Google Cloud Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) networks. Only microservices protected behind secure Cloud Load Balancers and Cloud Armor firewalls are accessible from the public Internet.
Connections between client web interfaces, administrative dashboards, and our cloud backend endpoints are encrypted in transit using verified TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 protocol standards. All backend data layers, cloud databases, structured storage object instances, and system file backups are fully encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 cryptographic configurations managed via Cloud Key Management Services.
All Veloxguest personnel complete mandatory annual privacy and data security workflows covering data minimization, platform incident tracking, and European processing compliance. Every developer and support engineer must sign our Internal Data Security Policy before gaining access to staging or production systems.
In addition to foundational infrastructure defenses, we provide specialized dashboard access levels directly within our customer software layer. Authorized hotel workspace administrators maintain absolute granular controls to invite, configure roles for, or instantly revoke access for individual property staff users at any moment.
Veloxguest uses centralized, secure secrets management modules within Google Cloud to insulate security keys, system certificates, and service configurations. Source repositories run inside protected version control setups requiring independent engineering peer reviews. We automatically run dependency vulnerability scans to flag and resolve third-party package security flaws promptly.
Internal network endpoints require mandatory authentication through Single Sign-On (SSO) portals backed by hardware or app-based 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). Internal data permissions follow a strict "least-privilege" access matrix and are audited monthly to ensure staff members only hold standard clearance needed for their immediate customer tasks.
Veloxguest does not sell, barter, or lease customer data profiles or messaging interactions to third-party ad brokers or monetization engines. Our operational footprints omit user browsing histories, tracking cookies, or profiling metrics. Temporary system monitoring items, such as access logs and IP sequences, are retained within a short, automated deletion loop used purely for server DDoS defense and platform load optimization.
Veloxguest strictly complies with the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988–2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for data processing inside the European Union. Prior to integrating any third-party infrastructure tool or provider, our team conducts thorough compliance assessments. We systematically purge data payloads from auxiliary subsystems whenever clear retention loops expire or customer accounts are officially closed.
