Our service is built on the principle of guest anonymity. We do not require users to create an account, nor do we collect personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

2 Data Collection & Usage

While using our Service via QR code access, we process limited data to facilitate hotel communication:

• Room Identifier: To route your requests to the correct hotel department.
• Communication Logs: The text content of your requests (e.g., room service, taxi bookings, or chat with reception).
• Device Tokens: A temporary technical identifier used solely to send push notifications regarding the status of your requests.
• Technical Information: IP address and device type for security, fraud prevention, and system stability.

3 Data Retention & Auto-Deletion

We adhere to strict data minimization practices:

• Session-Based Retention: Data is kept only for the duration of your stay.
• Automatic Reset: Once your stay period expires or the QR gateway resets, all associated chat history and request data are automatically and permanently deleted from our active systems.

4 Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with:

• The Participating Hotel: To allow staff to fulfill your requested services.
• Cloud Service Providers: We use secure infrastructure (Google Cloud and Hostinger) located within the EEA to process data.
• Firebase (Google): To deliver real-time push notifications to your device.
