1 General Behavioral Standards

The Veloxguest platform provides an instantaneous web-based interface built to simplify hotel operations. All users agree to communicate in good faith. You are strictly prohibited from using our messaging channels or media submission frameworks to distribute, transmit, or store content that is explicitly unlawful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or culturally/racially offensive under the laws of Ireland.

2 Digital Assets & Media Upload Restrictions

Because the Veloxguest platform allows hotel managers and guests to directly upload image files, photos, or operational documents within the live chat architecture, the following mandatory protections apply:

• Malicious Code Shield: Users must not upload file attachments embedded with software viruses, Trojan horses, rootkits, corrupted data bundles, or any macro-executed scripts built to compromise host performance.
• Content Integrity: The upload framework must be utilized purely for practical hospitality interactions (e.g., photo logs of broken physical assets or facility tickets). Uploading pornographic material, explicit imagery, or copyrighted content without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Data Liability Disclaimer: Veloxguest explicitly disclaims financial and legal liability for third-party media uploads. The Subscriber (Hotel) assumes tracking liability for user-submitted images passing through their property channel.

3 External Redirection & Hospitality Links

Where properties utilize the Veloxguest platform to link guests directly to room service configurations, digital dining menus, or third-party concierge integrations, the following rules apply:

• Link Security: Subscribers must ensure that all external hyperlinks routed through our interfaces point exclusively to secure (HTTPS), fully verified, and authenticated web assets.
• Fraud and Phishing Prevention: Disseminating malicious landing pages, credential-harvesting setups, spoofed payment gateways, or deceitful tracking links through the system chat matrix is a material breach of this policy.
• Third-Party Autonomy: Veloxguest exercises zero supervisory control over independent external links and does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, or functional compliance of external hotel food menus or external vendor code scripts.

4 Strict Enforcement & Violation Framework

Veloxguest retains structural control over its messaging infrastructure. If a user or operator displays actions that deviate from these standards, Veloxguest reserves the right to take immediate action without prior liability:

• Instantly remove, scrub, or delete violating media payloads, text strings, or fraudulent link pathways from live databases.
• Terminate or suspend specific active chat sessions, or revoke staff dashboard credentials to protect system integrity.
• Forward files or transmission logs directly to Irish law enforcement authorities (An Garda Síochána) if system usage indicates active criminal behavior.
