Veloxguest operates on a multi-tenant cloud framework, providing high-speed, real-time message relay services to multiple hotel operations concurrently. To maintain system throughput, prevent database locking, and ensure structural stability, this Fair Use Policy outlines acceptable thresholds for automated request handling and human operator usage patterns.

2 API & Messaging Limits

While our core services are scale-optimized, individual properties may not implement system spikes that impact global multi-tenant hosting resources. The standard platform allocation supports up to:

• Active Interactions: A baseline volume of concurrent customer chat sessions proportional to the physical room volume of the contracting property.
• Automated Probing: Mass programmatic requests, script injections, or brute-force status polls directed at our core endpoints are classified as infrastructural abuse.

3 Prohibited Exploitation Patterns

Subscribers and enterprise operators agree to strictly avoid the following usage paths:

• System Overloading: Intentional transmission of heavy metadata strings, file uploads, or multi-threaded text blocks engineered to create synthetic latency.
• Spamming Activities: Utilizing internal dashboard communication modules to send mass, repetitive, non-guest operational messages or unauthorized advertisements.
• Reverse-Engineering: Launching diagnostic packet-sniffers or dynamic probing arrays designed to index background framework endpoints.

4 Resource Monitoring & Safeguards

Veloxguest runs automated firewalls and telemetry listeners across our EEA cloud servers to log system execution rates. If a specific property's active gateway exhibits parameters that indicate an ongoing infrastructure breach, malicious script load, or extreme resource saturation:

• Veloxguest reserves the right to apply automated Rate Limiting to throttle the connection speeds of that specific gateway.
• In cases of clear malicious targeting or persistent neglect of system safeguards, Veloxguest may temporarily suspend access to the property's management dashboard to insulate the core framework.

5 Modification & Compliance

Veloxguest Limited preserves the right to dynamically calibrate operational baseline parameters within this Fair Use Policy to neutralize developing web threats or system stress profiles. Subscribers will be notified of major operational adjustments that impact standard processing boundaries.
